Engineering Project Coordinator

Job Description:We are a boutique pany with international exposure specializing in the design, construction and qualification of sterile, high purity and high potent pharmaceutical process equipment and facilities. We are growing our process petence center size and capabilities through recruitment of talented professionals. Position You shall be a member of a cross functional engineering team in the role of project coordinator. For new and existing projects, the Project Coordinator shall set up the internal project processes and be the primary contact point between our Engineering team and external clients, partners and vendors. Responsibilities Project Set Up * Set up and maintain 'Opportunities' and 'Active Projects' folders on internal network and PSA software * Set up and schedule kick-off meetings, including inbound and outbound travel requests Project Tracking and Documentation * Lead munication and coordination to ensure all performance, schedule, compliance and budget requirements are met * Develop and maintain project documentation such as project plans, presentations, meeting minutes mercial items (i.e., quotes, PO's, invoices, etc.) * Upon contract award, complete full assessment of coordination requirements from project schedule, budget, manpower, through to skill assessment * Review timesheets to ensure they match field paperwork submissions and project budgets * Prepare monthly schedule of values for invoicing purposes and work with Senior Process Engineer on invoice review * Support Director of Process Engineer in quoting change orders Project Reporting * Prepare various reports to support monitoring of project progress, costs, key performance indicators, etc. * Identify and municate potential risks to key stakeholders Project Close Out * Execute project close out requirements including lessons learned and client feedback forms * Gather and ensure receipt and sign-off of all project deliverables. Files relevant project documentation. * Review and reconcile actual project expense and schedule against initial estimates * Other duties assigned Qualifications * Degree in engineering or related experience an asset * Preferably 3 plus years' experience in an engineering environment * Experience in the (bio)pharmaceutical and pliant industries is an asset * Highly organized, heightened attention to detail, and punctual to deadlines * Strong verbal and munication skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly MS Excel and MS Project) Company Description petent, young, and energetic.
