Electric Royal Canadian Art Pottery Tea Pot

This is a nice vintage (from the 1950s) "Royal Canadian Art Pottery" tea with water heater. The Teapot is brown with white Tulip like flowers with green and red leaves painted on the sides and on the lid. There are four little feet on the bottom of the pot. The pot is in good condition with minimal paint loss. 4 of the leaves on the back side, has some wear which is understandable with age and cleaning/storage of the Teapot over the years. There is a very tiny chip out of the rim near where the lid sits, but has no no cracks or repairs.
Measures 9.5" from end of handle to tip of spout. Approx 5 1/2 inches tall to top of lid handle
Will hold 4 cups of tea per round.
No cracks, no leaks, no crazing.
There is a plate on the bottom of the pot and it says;"Royal Canadian Pottery Hamilton Ontario Model 60 RDE 115v 600w CSA APP #14231 Caution do not immerse this appliance in any liquids".
