E Propulsion electric outboard

Hi all,
I have an E Propulsion electric outboard motor for sale. (note – this is not a trolling motor)
It uses a removeable/rechargeable 45V, 1276Wh lithium ion battery that E propulsion claims is roughly equivalent to a 3HP gas motor.
The battery easily disconnects from the base motor and can be charged from a regular household outlet. with the included AC adaper. The motor base has the standard adjustments ( ie: 4 angles of tilt and the upswing/park position.) and fits on a standard transom.
The twist throttle operates just like a gas outboard with forward/neutral/reverse. It has a magnetic key fob that you apply to the tiller pad to unlock the motor. A lanyard attaches to your person so if you go overboard, it cuts the motor. It also means that without this magnetic fob, the outboard cannot be used by anyone else.
The tiller has a digital readout showing power consumption, battery charge and projected run-time. On a full charge you can go for 9 hours (almost 22km) at ¼ power. Full tilt boogie (about 5knots) will still last about 1-1/2 hours.
This outboard is perfect for small dinghies, canoes, tenders and sailboats, or for access to water that does not allow internal combustion engines. I used it for pushing around a twin Kayak setup, and a bit later, a 12ft. aluminum skiff. Total weight is only about 40lbs, so it is very portable. The removeable battery represents about ½ that weight.
It is in excellent condition with a few smudges and dings on the battery housing from removal/insertion over the years. The outboard base is in great shape. The motor pod has scratches from ‘life’ but does not affect the operation. The previous owner only used it in fresh water. I used it about a dozen times in seawater, but it was always removed and rinsed off after use.
The prop is in good shape.

Please be advised that their advertised prices for a Spirit 1.0 Plus do not include the battery - which is another $1800….so my sale is for the motor base and battery for essentially the same price as just their motor base….(and no tax)
