Are you looking to learn how to play the drums and then some? Look no further! I am an experienced drum instructor who has taught students of all ages, from beginners to advanced. With my guidance, you'll learn how to play songs, improvise, and play various beats, including Swing and Latin rhythms.
In addition, you'll learn how to read music and practice with a metronome, study snare drum rudiments, and apply them to the drum kit. You'll also learn to play with brushes and work on four-way coordination!
My studio features two acoustic kits, allowing students to adjust one set to their height and preferences. In addition, to protect hearing, I provide over-the-ear headphones designed for playing acoustic drums, which reduce the volume allowing students to play to recordings while maintaining sound quality.
Lessons are available for at least 30 minutes at $1 per minute. In addition, if you cannot attend in-person classes, I offer remote Zoom lessons for qualifying students.
