Dog for Rehoming

This is Bo He is a 1 year old Shepard/Mastiff Mix with a lot of energy. We need to find him a better home as we've had some recent heart health e up in the household and the stresses of a new pup is just too much for us right now. The perfect home for Bo would have a fenced backyard, no cats or small animals and perhaps another dog for him to play with. We've had him for 3 months and feel terrible we cannot keep him but we feel in our hearts another home could be better if more suited to his needs. He is a fairly large dog so he should have some space to run around. He can get a bit crazy when he gets the zoomies. He is super friendly, great around kids (can be careless in zoomie mode), loves car rides, loves to chew, plays fetch and is very food motivated. He definitely needs someone who can put some time into his training. Some cons when es to Bo He's had an ongoing skin health problem since we got him, could be environmental as the vet has looked at and treated him with no luck figuring out the why (too young for allergy testing and the testing can be inconclusive). He is now on a sensitive skin and stomach food and off his meds to prevent the itching and seems to be doing OK but still itchy. We worry it could be a cat or dust allergy which is another reason a new home may suit him better. He still has some accidents in the house but he's worked super hard at potty training in the months we've had him. Major improvement! He does dig holes in the yard, just found that out this week. Could be worked on with proper training. All in all he is a great boy full of love to give to the right family. He is very shy and timid at first but he warms up to you quickly.
