Hi, names Amber! I am hoping to connect with clients and their dogs that are wanting to create a close professional relationship. I have previously worked in a dog daycare environment for 2+ years in addition to boarding dogs in my home or their homes for the past 4 years. My main goal is to provide clients with peace of mind and have their pets feel at home when they're with me. I currently own a house with my partner and our 2 dogs in Winnipeg, in the Inkster/Mcphillips area. We have a fully tall fenced yard with high security gates. Dogs have access to the whole house, there is a main floor as well as a fully finished basement with lots of room to play. Dogs are e on the furniture just as i'd allow my own! I pride myself on the things I learnt from working in a dog daycare facility for just over 2 years. On a daily basis I was working with 70+ dogs and I enjoyed learning about each one of them and their behaviours and personalities. I have also been boarding dogs in my home as well as clients homes since May 2018 with over 100+ clients. Client references can be available if needed. A little about my own dogs! I rescued Molly from Winnipeg Pet Rescue when she was just a few months old. She is 9.5 years old and has a very laid back personality. She has been my best friend since she entered my life and is quite a smart girl as she's always excelled at her obedience and agility classes. We adopted our other dog Achilles, that we fostered through a local rescue. He is 5 years old and he is a purebred Dogo Argentino. Although he is quite large, he is such a sweet heart, loves meeting new friends and can play the day away. I do not have traditional daytime employment- which leaves me with plenty of time to spend with your dog whether it be at my home or yours. At this time the services I’m offering are: - Overnight dog sitting in my home. - Check-in visits in your home (for dogs + cats) Please read the following important notes: ⭐️ I am not a dog trainer, I do not work with dogs who are dog or human aggressive. ⭐️ All dogs must be socialable/friendly to dogs as well as humans to stay be able to stay in my home. ⭐️ All dogs e for plimentary trial half-day prior to the first boarding/daycare stay in my home. ⭐️ All dog parents must provide proof of up to date vaccines for their dogs prior to the meet and greet. ⭐️ Currently only accepting dogs that are spayed/neutered and over the age of 1. ⭐️ Last minute requests will not be modated unless I’ve already met and assessed your dog(s).
