New opportunity: Disability Administrative Support Officer - Permanent position - Remote work
This is a permanent position in the disability field. The Disability Administrative Support Officer's primary mandate will be to support the disability claims team.
In order to facilitate the processing of applications, it will be necessary to validate pleteness of the files municating with the insureds and to add all the documents and information allowing a quick and efficient evaluation of the application.
Schedule: Daytime, Monday to Friday
Salary: 38k/year
Hybrid mode: 2 days a week at the office (downtown Montreal)

Responsibilities
- Process emails and perform data entry
- Add documents related to disability claims to the file
- Follow up with insureds by phone on the status of their files
- Process medical claims
- Process, scan and distribute mail, printouts
- Communicate with insureds or external service providers by phone or in writing
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service fortable with medical terminology
- Bilingualism in French and English, both written and spoken;
- puter skills (Outlook, Word and Excel);
- Good data entry skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Good team player
