Custom Industrial Wood Staining Machine

This machine was originally designed to stain bevelled siding. Today it has been modified to stain dimensional lumber. It is a 2 man machine with 1 person at the feeding end and a 2nd at the receiving end. It is automatic feed where it pulls the board through and soaks it from a set of pressurized nozzles. Then a set of reverse spinning brushes sweeps off the existing paint from the board. It runs on 220 volt 3 phase power. I have used it for rough spruce 1”x 6” x 6’ material for several years and it can push out 3200 pieces in an 8 hour shift minus the setup & cleanup. Please call or email for more info and videos.
