***REGARDING WOOD AND WOOD STAINS***
Stain colour samples online and in photos attempt to represent a typical colour tone however wood is a natural product. No two pieces of wood have exactly the same grain, colour and texture. Subtle imperfections such as knots and cracks are part of the wood's character. When wood for your order is stained, there may be variations versus samples online. Other factors such as lighting can affect colour and appearance as well.
