Latest Engine Filtration a new nanotechnology based fuel filter media offers unmatched protection for the engines fuel system, removing up to 98.7% of all particles as small as 4 microns. The filter's replaceable service element has less environmental impact than its predecessor, and unique patented no-filter, no-run design prevents the engine from running without a media element installed, eliminating the risk of debris entering the engine.

New Aftertreatment System a switch back configuration pact installations, packaged ready for manufacturers to fit direct to their chassis. Controlled by the engine ECM, it incorporates a Cummins Particulate Filter (CPF) with Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) to meet the ultralow levels required at Euro 6. A patented SCR design uses Copper Zeolite technology for very high conversion efficiency, even at low temperatures.

Emissions Control the EGR and SCR systems are closely balanced to meet the regulated NOx levels and optimise the fuel economy and Adblue usage for the lowest possible running costs.

We also offer engine rebuilding as a cheaper alternative. We have plete engine machine shop and have been in the engine rebuilding business sinse 1986. Please message or call us and let us know what type of damage happened to your engine and we will determine if its a good candidate to be rebuilt and give you an immediate quote. Our typical build times are 5 - 7 business days.

Most of our engines are factory surplus engines and were configured by the factory for specific applications in North America, as such transfer of parts from your original engine may be required as some accessories may not patible, we guarantee that the long block will be correct and offer a money back guarantee as long as the engine has not dismantled within the first 15 days.

Your original engine core is required and must be plete as the engine we send to you, we accept dismantled engines as long as all the parts are there if parts are missing deductions will be taken from the core credit. Core credits are issued as either a cheque or e-transfer. Your engine core must not be cracked/seized or have holes in the block. Unless previously discussed you have 45 days plete the core return otherwise the core deposit will be forfeited.

All our engines new and e a 1 Year / Unlimited hour warranty on the engine / No labor is covered. We must be notified of all warranty claims by phone/email prior mencing repairs.
