Cummins ISB-300 Rebuilt Engine

We rebuilt the ISB-300 Cummins engine for our customer in 2 days flat Let us build yours , all of our rebuilt engines are fully built top to bottom using brand ponents and gaskets. The engine suffered from excessive oil burning.
The process of rebuilding the engine includes;
Removal from the Forklift
Disassembly of the engine
Manual scrubbing of heavy debris
Engine degreasing
Hot akaline spray jet cleaning
Pnuematic wire brushing
Ultrasonic cleaning
Removal of broken studs
Measuring all the various sizes of ponents to manufacturer specifications
Machining of cylinder bore to accept new pistons
Check for warpage with straight edge
Milling cylinder head surface
Cutting valve seats
Gnurling valve guides
Machining valve surfaces or replacement
Testing valve spring resistance
Magnaflux cylinder heads for crack detection
Adjust valve clearance
Assemble cylinder head
Machine crankshaft to accept new bearings
Assemble engine with all new pistons, piston rings, rod bearings, main bearings, oil pump, timing kit, balance shaft bearings, ponents, lifters, etc.
Spin test engine
Install back into the forklift
Run engine at various speeds for at minimum of 6 hours to test for optimal engine operation.
Pressure test cooling system
Check for any check engine lights and subsequent diagnosis and correction of any engine related issues. To see more images click on the link to our website.

We also offer engine rebuilding as a cheaper alternative. We have plete engine machine shop and have been in the engine rebuilding business sinse 1986. Please message or call us and let us know what type of damage happened to your engine and we will determine if its a good candidate to be rebuilt and give you an immediate quote. Our typical build times are 5 - 7 business days.
Most of our engines are factory surplus engines and were configured by the factory for specific applications in North America, as such transfer of parts from your original engine may be required as some accessories may not patible, we guarantee that the long block will be correct and offer a money back guarantee as long as the engine has not dismantled within the first 15 days.
Your original engine core is required and must be plete as the engine we send to you, we accept dismantled engines as long as all the parts are there if parts are missing deductions will be taken from the core credit. Core credits are issued as either a cheque or e-transfer. Your engine core must not be cracked/seized or have holes in the block. Unless previously discussed you have 45 days plete the core return otherwise the core deposit will be forfeited.
All our engines new and e a 1 Year / Unlimited hour warranty on the engine / No labor is covered. We must be notified of all warranty claims by phone/email prior mencing repairs.

Important Note:
The responsibility of pliance falls onto the equipment owner / manufacturer, you must ensure that you are using the correct engine that is mandated by Enviroment Canada. All of our engines are sold as long blocks and are considered parts and must not be used in their entirety. You must plete our engines with your original emissions systems to maintain pliance.
