April 13, 2023 - Forcible Confinement, Assault and Uttering Threats - Charges Withdrawn Client works in the trades and did not want these horrible accusations to hamper his progress. He was really thankful when he found out that these charges would be fully withdrawn. I was glad to once again help out the street.

April 6, 2023 - Fraud Under $5000, Proceeds of crime under $5000 - Charges withdrawn Client's citizenship application was delayed due to these unsubstantiated allegations. My client was relieved when these charges were withdrawn and he was now able to do his fingerprint screening for his citizenship application.

March 2, 2023 - Aggravated Assaulted, Assault with a weapon - Charges Stayed Client was accused of having stabbed someone sending to the hospital. My client was relieved when he found out that the case was being discontinued.

February 22, 2023 - Assault with a weapon, weapons dangerous - All charges were withdrawn. Client was accused of having pulled out a weapon to threaten others. Client was pensive and apprehensive after the charges were withdrawn.

Jan 24, 2023 - Forcible Entry of Property, Engage in Threatening Conduct x 3, Intimidation violence x 3 All Charges Withdrawn

My client was accused of having threatened 5 people with a dischargeable weapon with a Co-accused inside their home. He always maintained that this was a case of mistaken identity and is now ready to enjoy the New Year after the withdrawal of these salacious allegations. He is glad that the charges were withdrawn against him and now wishes to take a vacation after this stressful event.

December 14, 2022 - Obstruct Police Officer, Possess Credit Cards obtained by Crime, Possess Proceeds of Crime under $5000 - Conditional Discharge

My client was satisfied to avoid a criminal conviction after trying to falsely portray himself as someone else after being mitting a criminal act with credit cards that did not belong to him. The act was ing of him and was only done due to extraordinary peculiar circumstances.

November 23, 2022 -Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking- Charge Withdrawn My client was sleeping in his trusty vehicle when he was awakened by the police. He was charged with possession of more than 30 grams of a narcotic and possession with intent to trafficking. He had no idea how the narcotics got there and always maintained his innocence. He is glad that the charges were fully withdrawn and is now a contributing member to society.

November 16, 2022 - Assault - Withdrawn Client was accused of having assaulted someone. The prosecution would eventually withdraw the charge.

November 3, 2022 - Assault Trial - Withdrawal My client and I attended court for a trial but the charges were withdrawn for reasons that were brought to our attention by the prosecution. I was just glad to once again help out the street.

November 2, 2022 - Grand Theft Auto Allegations - Charges withdrawn Client was accused of GTA in the GTA.

October 21, 2022 - Bail Review - Allowed I managed to change my client's bail condition so that he could return home to his wife and family. He was happy, they are happy and I was glad to help out someone that was at his wit's end trying to navigate through his precarious situation.

October 20, 2022 - Breach of a conditional sentence - Charge withdrawn My client was accused of having breached his conditional sentence by assaulting someone. He is in good spirits now that this charge has been withdrawn. He encourages everyone to stay blessed.

October 19, 2022 - Breach of probation - Conditional discharge My client was on probation and was alleged to have breached a condition. Thankfully, he received a conditional discharge so as to continue his efforts to be a better person and contribute to society in a meaningful way.

October 5, 2022 - Bail Review - Release My client had been denied bail and was in Toronto South Detention Centre. He was released following a bail review. I was glad to help out an individual enjoy freedom again.

October 4, 2022 - Assault with a weapon - Conditional discharge My client was involved in a road rage incident. His conduct was ing of him and he was satisfied with the e and had an opportunity to enjoy Thanksgiving.

September 14, 2022 - Assault with a weapon x 2 - House arrest My client uncharacteristically assaulted two people with a knife. He is truly devastated at the harm that he caused but is grateful to avoid jail and be able to provide for his family.

August 26 - Assisted a Youth with a section 25 Application My young client was glad that I was available to assist one of the younger members of munity. I try my best to give back to the street.

July 7 - 2 Assaults - Conditional Discharge My client unfortunately and uncharacteristically engaged in uncouth behaviour by assaulting a fellow citizen on two occasions on the same day. He is now reflecting on these transgressions and is determined to never again be in the criminal justice system.

July 5, 2022 - Robbery - Charge withdrawn My client was accused of trying to rob a convenience store. He is just glad that he ended up with a positive result. He now plans on spending the rest of the summer studying the ancient Japanese art of Origami to forget about his recent ordeal.

June 16, 2022 - Strangling - Assault Causing Bodily Harm - Not Guilty at Trial My client was accused of strangling someone. He is however relieved that he was acquitted of these horrendous allegations. He will now enjoy the rest of the summer and be with his loved ones.

June 1, 2022 - Obstruction of Justice - Charge Withdrawn My client was facing a guilty plea and a criminal record, but the charges were fully withdrawn today.

April 28, 2022-Assault, Uttering Threats, Mischief - Charges withdrawn One of my favourite clients once again had all of his charges withdrawn. He was quite unlucky to e entangled in some more unfounded accusations. He looks forward to enjoying the rest of spring and summer.

April 19 - Breach of Conditional Sentence Order - No Jail Time My client unfortunately breached his conditional sentence order but is grateful that he obtained professional legal representation and avoided jail time. He looks forward to enjoying the rest of the year as a law abiding citizen.

April 5, 2022 - Mental Health Court and Young Offender Court

Historical Sexual Assault - Jury Trial - March 7-11, 2022 Not Guilty on all charges Client was accused from allegations from circa 2011. My client was astounded by these unfounded allegations and was relieved to have been found not guilty. My client has renewed faith in our justice system and is now delighted to have a huge weight off of their shoulders.

Identity fraud, Use of a forged document, Possession of Identity Document for Fraud - Charges Withdrawn - February 4, 2022. My client was very happy these serious allegations were fully withdrawn and he has continued faith in our justice system. He looks forward to enjoying the rest of the year.

Possession of Fentanyl and breach of undertaking - Charges withdrawn - January 20, 2022 My client is happy that these unfortunate accusations have been withdrawn.

Dangerous Operation of a Vehicle, Driving impaired - House Arrest - January 17, 2022 Client ran a red light while popping a wheelie on a motorcycle and slammed into a minivan, disintegrating the motorcycle and causing extensive damage to the minivan. A few days later, he operated a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. My client looks forward to respecting the law in the future.

Assault - Charge Withdrawn - December 7, 2021 My amazing client was accused by her mother-in-law of having punched her in the face. My client always maintained that the injuries were self-inflicted. My client will now be able to enjoy the holidays in peace.

Fraud over $5000 and proceeds of crime - Charges Withdrawn November 16, 2021 Client was delighted that these unsavoury charges were withdrawn and he may now head calmly into 2022 without these charges hanging over him.

Last minute bail before Thanksgiving weekend October, 2021 Client was really grateful that he did not have to stay in jail for the long weekend, when he called me on friday from jail facing three charges.

Fail ply with probation - Charges Withdrawn - June 2021 Client was accused of having threatened someone while on probation.

Fraud Under and Obstructing a Police officer - No Jail Time May 2021 My client now realizes that he should not have defrauded someone of their vehicle and lied to an investigating police officer. He is now able to enjoy the summer.

Assault with a Weapon & Uttering threats – Charges withdrawn April 2021 My client was accused of threatening his partner with a knife. My client is now attempting to enjoy the rest of the year in these hectic times.

Assault – Charges withdrawn April 2021 Girlfriend of my client claimed to have been assaulted while shooting a youtube stream for her social media career. My client was relieved to have this matter dealt with in a timely manner.

Fraud over $5000 X 8 – Charges withdrawn March 2021 Client was accused of having defrauded a bank of $180,000 by depositing fraudulent cheques. What a humongous relief he felt when he learned that the charges would be withdrawn.

Choking, Assault & Uttering Threats - Charges Withdrawn March 2021 My client was relieved to have his charges withdrawn after a clear munication by plainant due to there not having an interpreter present at the time of their statement.

Possession of property over $5000 – Charges Withdrawn February 2021 Client was accused of illegally obtaining $80,000 through a wire transfer. My client was happy when he learned that his charges pletely withdrawn.

Fraud – Charges Withdrawn February 2021 Client was accused of replacing a car insignia and decal(back logo) and selling a BMW 325 as a BMW 335. My client was delighted that his charge pletely withdrawn.

Theft – No jail time January 2021 Client had some past transgressions with the law and was caught stealing thousands of dollars of brand name clothing as they attempted to flee the authorities. Luckily, they avoided jail time and are now thankful that they now have an opportunity to give back to munity with new law-abiding ventures.
