We have with amazing sunsets and beach is just steps away. Reserve your time slot as we are booking up fast for 2023 but have a few weekends and weeks left.
e to our cozy cabin with a loft at Collingwood Lakeshore Estates along Last Mountain Lake that sleeps 6.
This cabin is set at the back of our 1/2 acre of our waterfront property.
It has a large private deck that is perfect for relaxing and enjoying some sun or a nice glass of wine in the evening while listening to the quiet, birds, lake, and enjoying the stars.
Inside there is fortable living room with TV with full satellite services. There is a window air conditioner to keep you cool during the hot summer days. The couch folds down to a double bed. There are some games and puzzles to enjoy. Its a perfect space to relax on the rainier days or nights.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook up some great meals including stove, microwave, fridge, toaster, toaster oven, coffeemaker which includes coffee filters and medium roast coffee grounds, coffee mate, oil, salt, pepper, flour, sugar, a variety of tea bags, saran wrap, and aluminum foil. All you need to bring is your food. The fridge has a freezer. There is a full sized natural gas BBQ for you to use as well.
The bathroom is on the main floor and has a shower and toilet that is stocked with cotton egyptian towels, soaps, shampoo, kleenex, and toilet paper.
The bedroom is an open concept loft that boasts a king size and a queen size bed. All cotton and bamboo linens are are provided for all beds and the hide-a-bed.
The water to the cabin runs on R0 drinking water and has a water cooler with jugs of water for you to use.
There is plenty of parking for your vehicle or water crafts.
Please note there is fire pit that you are e to use. We just ask that you keep the area clean. You can also use our private dock that you can tie your boat/watercraft to during the day or sit on a bench at the end of the dock.
Less than from the property is munity pubic dock for you to launch your boat which has a parking lot. In munity there are 2 playgrounds, a sand volleyball court, outdoor basketball court, and horseshoes.
Grocery/confectionary/off sale/gas located 20 minutes away in both Strasbourg or Bulyea. We are 5 minutes away from Rowan’s Ravine which has a restaurant, waterpark, playground, mini golf, and many other activities. They also have marina that sells gas for your marine crafts which we use when out boating.
No smoking/vaping inside and if you smoke outside and we ask that you please pick up after yourself.
We have free high speed WIFI. Must be 25 yrs or older.
Pets (dogs only) are allowed with an additional $50 fee, we ask that just ask us ahead of time. munity asks that you keep them on a leash and pick up after them.
Rent is $150 a night for up to 6 with minimum 3 night stay and we also offer a weekly discount. Included in the nightly stay is 4 guests, any additional guests are charged an additional $15/each. There is also an additional $100 cleaning fee. Must provide a 50% of the full balance to guarantee booking with the balance remaining due 1 week prior to your arrival. If you wish you can pay for all up front. So far we are still available anytime during these dates July 6th-July 31st, Aug 17th-Aug 22nd, and Sept 20th-Sept 27th. Book now to secure your spot.
Collingwood Lakeshore Estates is well known for being a wonderful fishing spot. Lots of people fish here during the Saskatchewan Walleye Trail Walleye Classic each year LMFWC.
We also have a couple of kayaks that you can rent for $15 each per day. Please bring your own life jackets.
