This is a cozy 2 bedroom cottage for rent from Sunday afternoons to Friday mornings. No weekends. It is located in a bay on a 1,700 acres spring fed lake. It is close to Smith Falls and Perth. Approximately 1 hour from Ottawa and from Kingston. It is a private property with lots of trees that allows for quietness, with a small beach for swimming (ideal for small children). We supply 3 kayaks and a canoe (you must bring your own floatation devices) and you can bring your own motorized watercraft (the boat launch is just a few minutes away). The air-conditioned cottage has a nice deck which creates the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee and BBQ. The property has a fire pit with seating. The living and kitchen area is open concept. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, fridge, stove/oven and coffee machine. Adjacent is the living area with a huge window overlooking the lake. It also has a woodstove and television with a fabulous movie collection for rainy days. The bathroom has a shower. Both bedrooms have bunkbeds (single over doubles) which allows 6 to fortably. This home away from home is the perfect place for your next family vacation.
