Six Mile Lake is located 45 minutes north of Barrie, just 15 minutes south of the beautiful town of Bala and approximately 30 minutes from Midland – centrally located.
MAIN COTTAGE: open concept with screened in porch that holds up to 12 for dinner. 3 bedrooms: queen bed, single bunks, bunk with double bed on bottom. Air conditioning, wood stove, fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, a full set of dishes & cutlery, pots & pans, large deck with BBQ, flat screen TV on satellite in living room and 2nd TV in master bedroom.
GUEST CABIN: Beautiful, clean, pine tongue and groove, 1 bedroom with bunks (double on bottom), futon, and mattress in the loft, kitchenette, 3 piece bathroom, air conditioning, large deck with BBQ, TV/DVD.
Total of three large decks all surrounded by trees and three docks, great for fishing, boating, swimming – very private. Level lot to water, sandy bottom.
INCLUDES: Wood for indoor woodstove and outdoor fire pit. Swimming raft, paddle boat, canoe, (tin boat and motor available), water toys, life jackets, fishing rods and tackle, windsurfer, ski’s – BOAT RAMP – boat house with foosball table, crochet set, horse shoes, 2 BBQ’s, 3 outdoor decks and 3 picnic tables on the property, satellite TV, DVD/VHS player, all appliances including dishwasher, all silverware, flatware, cookware, comforters, sleeping bags, 60 seconds to private tennis courts.
