Here is a chance to get a classic cookbook put out by a Canadian pany, Purity Mills. There is no date inside of the book . The very first edition of this Cookbook was 1967 . This is a hardcover reprint but is NEW it says . I am guessing around 1980s because Anna Lee Scott name still included on front pages. I am not sure what "New" has been added to the one from 70s.
Cookbook is overall nice condition but being a used item of course, there is going to be perhaps some flaws. I did not look at every page. Overall look is good. The front hardcover is nice and flat and clean. Sold as is. This is a classic cookbook. Canadiana
It says The Complete Guide to Canadian Cooking. It has most of the classic recipes in it. Has Table of Equivalents, couple pages of cooking secrets, Table of Contents. Around 215 pages. Ask for shipping cost to your area.
