Je suis gestionnaire de biens. Je suis à la recherche d'un ouvrier général pour m'aider avec des emplois aléatoires que j'ai à temps partiel. Le travail peut être effectué en semaine, en soirée, le week-end.
*****Projet en cours***** Travail que j'ai actuellement et que je cherche à faire ; 1. J'ai 3 acres de terrain vacant que j'aimerais remblayer, compacter, niveler, gravier, installer une barrière/clôture 2. Refaire le niveau de base pour l'allée autour d'une maison sur une autre propriété.
- Il s'agit d'un travail à forte intensité de main-d'œuvre et une expérience préalable est requise (de préférence dans toutes ces sections de travail)
Je ne m'attends pas à un emploi de classe mondiale, mais la connaissance et l'expérience dans les métiers sont indispensables, les outils personnels sont un plus, l'expérience dans l'utilisation d'équipement lourd est un énorme plus.
Idéalement à la recherche d'un touche-à-tout, car j'ai constamment divers travaux, tâches et améliorations à faire à divers endroits.

I am a property manager. I am looking for a general laborer to assist with random jobs I have on a part time basis. Work can be done weekdays, evenings, weekends.
*****Current Project***** Work that I currently have and am looking to have done; 1. I have 3 acres of vacant land that I would like to backfill, compact, grade, gravel, install a gate/fence 2. Redo the base level for the driveway around a house on another property.
- This is a labour intensive job, and prior experience is required (preferably in all those sections of work) I am not expecting a world class job, but knowledge and experience in the trades is a must, personal tools is a plus, experience operating heavy equipment is a huge plus.
Ideally looking for a jack-of-all-trades, as I constantly have various jobs, tasks, and improvements to do at various locations.
