Console PS3 (Needs OS reinstalled- not working atm)

I stopped using it almost half a decade ago so I'm fuzzy on the details. The original hard drive was removed and some of the shielding is missing. Tried to reinstall the system on a new hard drive and I'm getting errors. (8002f22f) cant be bothered on investing in it since I'm trying to get rid of my consoles.
included: PS3 super slim, AC Power Cable Original old school Red White Yellow AV Cable 2 good Sony controllers 2 third party aftermarket controllers 2 spare hard drives I tried installing to( a 250gb and a 350gb)
