Position : Commercial Refrigeration Mechanic or Apprentice
Salary : $33.40-$65.75 based on apprenticeship and certifications
Overtime: Daily after 4:30pm
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8.5 hours per day between 7:30am to 4:30pm
On call rotation: 3 or 4 times per year
Vacation: Starting at 3 weeks per year
Industry: ICI - Industrial, Commercial and Institutional Services

•Salary : $33.40-$65.75 based on apprenticeship and certifications

•Sponsoring 313A apprentices 2nd-5th year

Responsibilities
•Perform repairs and maintenance on systems located outdoors, boiler and mechanic rooms
•Complete system installations
•Operate Building Automation Systems and control equipment as needed
•Respond to emergency service calls when on call
•Work at heights, in confined spaces and safely lift heavy loads as needed
•Provide excellent customer service to clients

Qualifications
As a Commercial Refrigeration Mechanic or Apprentice in Ottawa, a normal day would include:
•Must be a 313A Journeyperson or 2nd-5th year apprentice
•Must have G2 or G1 gas license
•Québec license CNP 7313 mécanicien/mécanicienne de réfrigération et d'air climatisé CNP 7313 also accepted
•Must have experience working as a technician mercial and industrial
•Must be able plete a cleared criminal background check and clean driving abstract
•Ability to work alone or with a team
