Alvarez AC 65.
A crack the soundboard, that was repaired last summer and has been stable since. Also a small ding by the bridge that was sealed. The tuners have been taken apart cleaned lubricated, it has bone nut and saddle, new Daddario XT extra hard strings and a new setup.
It plays well, sounds good, and should give many years of good service as long as it's kept reasonably well maintained.
Comes with a new gator hard case, strap, and Capo, plus spare strings for it.
