Up for sale is a classic "Jensen Like" 6x9 Triax Speakers In Boxes made in Japan in the late 1970s possibly early 1980s. Part of an estate sale, these high quality beauties were stored away for years and have been nicely preserved. These e installed inside a pair of solid wood cabinets with fibre glass insulation. These speakers have carefully soldered on connections which extend to external plug in speaker jacks. Features of these vintage classics include 8 ohm speaker impedance, allowing for home stereo applications. Underated power handling of 10 watts nominal and 30 watts maximum. The power handling will automatically double when dropped down to a 4ohm load. These speakers were manufactured during an era when specs were very conservative.
