** SHIPPING AVAILABLE WHERE PRACTICAL ** CHEVROLET or GMC - 263HD (3 position ELECTRIC/dash shift) AND/OR the (261HD - MANUALLY - Floor Shifted) TRANSFER CASE - BOTH: ** FRESHLY REBUILT and UPGRADED with a **PUMP RUB KIT ** AN EXCHANGE CORE of the EXACT SAME MODEL TYPE - is EXPECTED**

The 263HD - fits Chev/GMC - with the **3 position dash switch** having a 4L80E transmission (NP-1 designation) (1500HD, 2500, 2500HD) **This Transfer Case is *NOT* the 4 position dash switch variety Transfer Case - known as a 246 (for: 4L80E and 4L60E versions - that I ALSO HAVE AVAILABLE - freshly rebuilt and upgraded)
**** PLEASE NOTE: This **DOES NOT FIT** a DURAMAX / ALLISON DIESEL APPLICATION - (those are known as: (263XHD - (electric shift) and 261XHD - manual/shift on the floor - XHD = eXtra Heavy Duty) - However - *** I HAVE THESE AVAILABLE *** - suggest that you check out my other specific GM Transfer Case ad for these Duramax/Allison Transfer Cases - 261XHD and 263XHD ....
The 261HD and the 263HD FITS: (2001 - 2007 - Classic Body Type ONLY) Chev or GMC 1500HD, 2500, 2500HD and 3500 with a 6.0 ltr GAS engine and the 4L80E Automatic Transmission - the GM code (in your glove box is RPO CODE MT1 or MN8 for the transmission) Found in; Avalanche 2500, CHEVROLET SILVERADO 2500/3500 or GMC SIERRA - CREW-CAB, EXTENDED CAB 2500, 2500HD, 3500 - Short Box or Long Box.
** The last picture shows a 'POOR/UNUSABLE' Rear Slip Yoke - Yokes in this condition - CAN NOT be reused - they'll grind out the rear pressed in bushing in the tail-cone of a newly rebuilt transfer case - very quickly! - thereafter - oil will leak out of the new case and no new seal will rectify the situation. If yours looks like this (or worse?) you'll need a NEW Rear Slip Yoke and at a minimum, the first u-joint that couples this rear slip yoke with your rear drive shaft. **I stock both the; Rear Slip Yoke and the correct U-Joint - for purchase.**
