Chair & Couch set

My husband and I are selling our couch & chair. Needs to be gone ASAP. I posted it for $600 but am open to offers. Needs to be gone ASAP as our new couches are unexpectedly being delivered tonight The couch has a faint small stain on the arm, left cushion has a water stain, im told these are easy to get rid of, and the middle cushion has a rip in the back but is easily hidden. The chair has literally never been sat on, it’s held all our blankets Pick up SW Calgary.
