Hello,
My name is Lauren and I am an Ontario Certified Teacher. I have 8+ years of teaching and tutoring experience in Grades K through 6. I am an elementary school teacher by day and offer private tutoring in the evenings and on weekends (subject to availability). I have qualifications in the Primary and Junior Divisions as well as my Math Specialist, and additional qualifications in Special Education. I love watching students learn, challenge themselves plete tasks they once thought were ‘impossible’.
I tutor locally in Cambridge, and host sessions at the public library.
I tailor all sessions to match each student’s learning goals. Whether your child is experiencing lagging skills, needs to be challenged academically, requires ongoing homework support or assistance learning their assistive technology, I am here to help. I provide continuous support and positive encouragement to students. I help push them toward new challenges and opportunities for learning.
Limited space available. Sessions are $30 each and 45 minutes in length. Please note, there is a minimum booking of 3 sessions required. After all, growth takes time and ongoing practice!
