Cambro CMBHC1826L Hot/Cold Catering Cart - Thermometer, Granite Gray, 110v Perfect for Catering, possible Food Truck use and Restaurants.
Is in working condition for cold dishes however does not seem to heat all the time. It may need the heat relay replaced. Not sure how much to have repaired but the relay costs $37 USD.
Has been inspected and the fuses and internal and external fans work just fine and are clean. Has 3 shelves inside and the top holds serving trays. Door thermometer is solar powered and works fine, also has a paper holding clip on the outside of the door.
These units sell for over $10,000 new. A must have for special Catering events and may get you the event scheduled over others that don't have an insulated hot/cold portable cart.
