Carved white walnut chacuterie board

Hand carved chacuterie board/serving tray. A curved, flowing design that stands out against the the usual chacuterie board or serving tray. A single solid piece of white walnut (butternut) makes up the board. It is very light weight for hardwood, making it easy to carry when loaded. Each handle is made from maple and butternut, using four sliding dovetail joints to hold it together (often considered the strongest woodworking joint). A unique gift that will truly stand out and last a lifetime. Coated with four coats of food safe, water based polyeurathane finish for an extremely durable, waterproof finish that never needs maintenance or re-aplication. The board surface is 19.5" x 11" including handles, the full length is 24" wide and 4" tall. Asking $230 Hand carved Cheese knife pictured available for additional $30.
