This bright and colorful original oil painting depicts Peggy's Cove, NS and was done by Nova Scotia artist, Carole June Fraser in 1970. This oil on canvas measures 26"x38", with the frame it measures 32"x44". es with a brand new custom frame (frame alone was $400). Fraser continues to paint to this day, having started at a very young age and studied with such notable artists as William deGarthe, John Cook, and Ruth Wainwright. Her works can be found for sale at the Art 1274 Hollis gallery in Halifax. This painting, unframed, is valued at $1200.00 plus tax, but can be purchased for just $950.00, including the frame.
