Caretaker w/ housing on Salt Spring Island, BC

The position involves caretaking duties of a 13 acre property located on Salt Spring Island, BC. Permanent housing is available on site for exchanging work for residence. You would be expected to keep all grounds tidy and ensure inside and outside of buildings are well maintained. Conduct minor repairs, regular garden cleaning duties, move furniture, changing light bulbs, operating the lawn mower, power washer and other tools, walk around the property ensuring the buildings are safe and tidy, doing regular checks of all areas such as water reservoir, fences, posts, etc. Aproximately 50 hours per month, unless a special project is required (small construction/gardening projects). Candidate must be handy. Owners live on the property. References with contact number are required.
