This sale consists of:
• Pioneer Premier Super Tuner III CD Player [DEH-P56] 40Wx4 channel/with remote:
These stereos were high end in their day and came with many features. Most of this unit’s use has been in AUX mode to run an mp3 player, hence less use on the CD player mechanism.
This stereo deck is built like a tank and has been well cared for, including proper storage when not in use and periodic cleanings. This system was mainly used on Sunday-night cruses; system was never used in winter or during humid weather; stereo and sub-woofer box w/amp was never left in the car over night.
Includes: Stereo deck, remote control, CD changer back-port cable>3.5mm jack--professionally built with an inline fuse--allowing the use of any device with a 3.5mm port as an audio source), and manual booklets.
• Pioneer CDX-P620S Multi-CD Player [6 Disc]: This CD changer has been used exactly once to test it out when purchased, then was stored ever since. This is the mated CD changer for the above noted stereo deck. Functions through the stereo deck or the included remote control.
Includes: In the box, in new condition, CD Changer/with all included accessories.
• 40-3/16”L x 14”H x 11-1/8”W sealed/divided sub-woofer box. Built professionally from solid 3/4" plywood and in excellent shape. Box is true and has never been dropped or mishandled in any way; always stored indoors when not in use.
• Sony XM 1002HX Amplifier Well used and well taken care of, this amp is mounted to the sub-woofer box. This amp is capable of running both 10" or 12" subs. Never used on humid days; never left outside over night; never used in winter.
Includes: Amplifier, RCA (L,R) cable, remote cable and amp-to-speakers cables. Does not include cable-run to battery.
• Pioneer TS-W253C 10” x 2 Sub woofers: Specs:
A ‘tight’ sounding sub-woofer well matched for the sub-woofer-box and amp. These sub-woofers paired with the above box are meant to be placed in a trunk or hatch environment; either works well but trunks seem to offer more 'punch' from bass. Small repairs were professionally made to one sub-woofer's foam. Either someone snagged the sub-woofer or a cat or dog may have done it. The repairs have been solid and there has been no issues at all. The foam of the speakers is currently in excellent shape with no sign of foam-rot.
• Two Panasonic mid-range speakers and two tweeters. Basic speakers for the doors and dash. In excellent shape.
Includes: Four speakers in box.
Looking for $500 for all listed items. Selling this because I barely use it any more. $500 is about as low as I will go but I will consider respectable offers. You will be hard pressed to build a system as good as this for twice as much as the asking price.
If you are interested: (1) You should know how to install everything yourself. I do not offer installations unless you want to pay for it. Most audio places will probably refuse to install stereos not bought from them. (2) You should be familiar with ponents already. You should know what you are after; what you need. (3) This sale is available at any time but I can only offer a demo during spring, summer or fall. I will not demo this equipment in the winter. (4) If you ing for a demo that means it's not winter and you already want to buy it and just need to verify that it works.
