We are looking for someone who feels confident they can fix & service *Floor Cleaning Machines*.
Do you enjoying rebuilding old equipment to new condition?
Are you able to solve problems mechanically or electrically?
Technician Position Available: Aurora, ON
The Opportunity: The candidate will be responsible for providing quality workmanship, service, and mechanical/electrical knowledge to the customers. Will performs all tasks related to the testing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and reconditioning floor cleaning equipment.
The Role: • Inspect and ponents and equipment for servicing needs. • Communicate with equipment owners for authorization of servicing and repairs as required. • Service and repair equipment in the shop and on-site for the customer. • Recondition, refurbish and ponents as required for equipment. • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with customers. • Communicate equipment servicing needs as required with office staff. • Communicate work performed plete service paperwork. • Complete service work orders. • Participate in in-house service training. Training may occur during work and/or after work hours. • Comply with the Health & Safety program and practices. • Performance of daily duties in a manner conducive to a safe workplace. • Work with Manufacturers online support. • Conduct housekeeping duties. • Maintain a pany image at all times.
The Candidate: • Work Experience: 2-5 years • Knowledge: Proficient written and munication skills; proven ability to work with customers, exceptional customer service; demonstrated mechanical and electrical aptitude, analysis and problem solving skills.
