Details: - 255.0-hp, 5.4-liter, 8 Cylinder Engine (Gasoline Fuel) - rear-wheel drive. - have dual front airbags. Four-wheel all-disc antilock brakes and front seat belt pre-tensioners are standard. - With relatively light steering. How long do Ford E-series Last? Updates to the Van: ( with paperwork) - all new sparkplugs did 2023 - new coils done at the same time as the plugs - New alternator 2023 - has three batteries ( one in the front and two in the back) - Oil change was done regularly - fuel filter was changed Nov 2022 - wheels are all seasons ( would need new ones for the 2023 winter). - two pumps for water are running great.
Needs work: - Front glass needs to be fixed ( $400 job, waiting for summer to do it). - small dent on the left front wheel. Camper Part of the Van: Has a solar panel of 250 watts which is nicely connected to the two batteries in the back. - has two USB plugin - regular wall plug into the converter - sink with running water powered by the solar panel. ( no need to empty dirty water because es out on the side when you want to be done with the sink) - Able to hold 56 L of water in the back under the bed ( the tank is insulated and covered with wood but has very easy access if needed) - water can be filled up in a hidden hole on the side beside where you drain water from the sink. - TONS of storage ( under the bed and in the camper) - the bed is 6 feet tall and is a double bed size - has a vent and screen for ventilation es with a car plug-in cooler - es with a shower that is portable and connects to the back car plug to heat the water to a nice 102 C. My fav thing to use is to wash your pet or yourself after the beach or have a nice hot shower. - two bucket seats ( there is a storage in the middle but it can be moved with no issues) it's a white Ikea storage. My friend is a mechanic who always took care of this baby for me. I like my vehicle to run smoothly and be looked after.
**** This Van is originally from Calgary( passed the Etest with no problems) I am from Ontario & have to do a second test there ( also passed it with no problem) I am in British Columbia with the VAN! with ONTARIO PLATES AND ONTARIO INSURANCE.**
RUST - there are small places of rust but for a 2006 van, there is not a lot of rust at all. MoStly on the bumper. Remind you this can have been across Canada four times and had no problems. I drove from Toronto to Kelowna ( $1600) when the gas was at its highest and the year before when gas was low it cost me ($ 850) If you have any questions please email me.
