Thank you for the opportunity to create for you, a totally custom handcrafted Butcher Block Countertop Surface. Total Required Dimensions: Length/Width/Thickness Material: Black Walnut/White Ash/Maple/Cherry etc My Custom Butcher Block Countertops are 100% handcrafted in my shop, on the beautiful Bruce Peninsula in Bruce County Ontario. I hand select all of the rough hardwood from my suppliers for top quality and mill and dimension the material in house to maintain superior quality. We will consult on your project and provide an accurate estimate to create your custom Block. I e all clients to visit my Custom Shop by Appt. to further discuss your project or to view the progress of your project. A pletion date is 4-6 weeks to allow for maximum acclimation of the material through the process. We use the most modern Food Safe adhesives in our lamination process and our Sealer is a revolutionary product that provides a durable and long lasting protective finish , yet maximizes the natural look and feel of the hardwood species you selected.
