Two single depth, side by side burial plots located at Glenview Memorial Gardens, in the Garden of Serenity located at 7541 Hwy 50, Woodbridge, Ontario, L4L 1A5. These burial plots will plete with one monument tablet, one monument base and monument maintenance. Location is lot 3875 spaces 1 & 2. Monument is 4 feet wide x 2 feet, 6 inches high x 8 inches thick. Base is 4 feet, 6 inches wide x 8 inches high x 1 foot, 2 inches deep. There are no more burial plots available in this highly desired and in demand garden. Plots are near to the driveway but not too close with a larger grass area with no other plots in front of these. There is a near by tree and bench. Bench and tree are not part of the sale as they do not belong to me. These plots are in a perfect and picturesque location. I will pay for the $320.00 plus HST transfer fee of ownership at time of sale to Glenview. Current pricing for the 2 plots, 1 monument and 1 monument base is $14,370.00 plus taxes for a grand total of $16,238.10 according to Glenview. I am asking $14,000.00 net, no tax or best offer.
