Selling a fully set up 2 studio Personal Training business with equipment. The operating space of the gym is approximately 1250 sq/ft with 2 fully equipped personal training studios. The lease is year to year at $1550/month (including tax year to year) and utilities average $250/month + $80 for internet.
I charge $26.50/hr for each studio to trainers to use and run their personal training business out of. I will also leave the schedule and trainers renting as is as long as they agree to stay under new ownership.
I average 6 rentals each day Monday to Friday and up to 10+/day in busy seasons. We also rent out a small office for $750/month. I also trained my own clients in there for $70/Hr which is reflected in the revenue summary.
This is a great turn key operation if you are looking to get started running your own personal training business with low overhead and have trainers rent off you. I will help set up the booking systems if needed as well as our cleaner contact.
