New Boss 8.2 Blower - drop in replacement for Hibon 820 series (VTB STD, MA or XL or VTB20) - no modifications required - 1520 CFM - 14.9 intermittent psi - 28 Hg max vacuum - 3600 rpm max speed - approximately 100 lbs lighter than 820XL - dimensions are very close to 820MA for tighter applications where 820XL won't fit without modifications es with hydraulic adapter and gaskets - specifically designed for the harsh Canadian environment - designed for long life, ease of repair and lower cost of rebuild - basic repair cost is approximately $7100 which includes building up rotor tips which are then machined and balanced to OEM specifications, supply and replace endplate bushings, piston rings and holders, bearings and seals - tested up to 335° F/168° C without failure - filled with synthetic extreme pressure gear oil - heavy duty bearing holders on thrust end for more axial load capacity - manufactured in the USA by National Vacuum Equipment (NVE) in Michigan - tri-lobe design gives smoother operation with less vibration and pulsating noise - piston ring seals for lifetime reliability - oil throwers and passages allow for exceptional lubrication and long life - cast aluminum oil pans for better heat dissipation and reduced weight - high quality carbon steel housing - 1 year warranty - stock on hand in our Edmonton and Chilliwack facilities - free delivery may be available depending on location and travel schedule - fully equipped shop to provide removal and installation if required - $600 credit for your core, regardless of condition - exceptional record of performance and reliability with many sold in Western Canada Please call Bob to discuss. 780-937-8722 or email [email protected] May be willing to deliver and pick up core at no charge depending on location and travel schedule.
