Hi! My name is Kayla, I have over 14-years of extensive administrative experience working with Accounts Receivable/Payable, accounts management, billing/invoicing + records management.
I work with Quickbooks Online Predominantly, but I also use Excel workbooks + PDF Conversions for smaller businessess. I do not file taxes or GST, but I work along side a talented accountant - and can certainly connect you!
I have the availability to take on some new clients - I typically work with small businesses and sole proprietors.
I strive to work closely and on a more personal level with each client to ensure they have a proper understanding of the flow of their business, as well as up keeping everything running behind the scenes so my clients can focus on growing their business. I have extensive knowledge with the Quickbooks Online.
My services include: •Chart of Accounts setup •Cleanups/Backlogged Catch up•Recording and classification of transactions •Monthly reconciling of all bank/credit accounts •Invoicing •Tracking accounts receivables and payables •GST tracking for filing •Monthly financial statements •Quarterly Profit / Loss Comparisons + Updates.
