This Bolex Paillard B8L 8mm Cine Film Camera is in excellent condition, one could even describe it as mint. It was used by my father who was both meticulous with his photography equipment and collected and used numerous cameras. Being a central figure in a very active cinematography club he was a keen and savvy camera operator creating fabulous short movies. This camera was purchased in the late 1950s from an official New Zealand distributor. Original manual and shipping/display box are included as well as other paper details and manuals etc. re associated equipment such as a Sangamo Weston light meter. The original leatherette carrying case is in “as new” condition (it even has the original manufacturers cardboard tag still arranged by string), as is the black and red leather wrist safety strap. Two lenses are included. The serial number of the camera is 739688 which indicates it was manufactured in 1958. I remember my father unpacking and using it in 1959 — the second of Bolex Paillard B series cameras and one of several cine cameras he owned — during my childhood and producing some great, and aesthetically pleasing, movies which he delighted in sharing within the munity.

I may be able to deliver to Lunenburg or Bridgewater and perhaps to Halifax. I am certainly willing to ship domestically in Canada assuming all shipping costs are paid by the purchaser.
