Blower Rebuilds. 2 Year Warranty We rebuild/repair all manufacturers blowers including Roots, Hibon, Robuschi, Gardner Denver, Sutorbilt, Tuthill, Paragon etc. Straight Vacs, Hydrovacs, Combo Units, Semi Vacs. All repairs, welding, machining, milling and balancing are performed in house by our qualified technicians in South Edmonton utilizing the latest tools, technology and calibrated testing equipment. We strive to go beyond the basic repair scope with concentration on achieving or exceeding OEM factory specifications. Basic Repair Scope: - Disassemble, assess and document dimensional clearances - incl. photo file and inspection report - Clean all parts and chase all threaded holes - Build up rotor tips, machine and mill to OEM specifications in our own shop - Dynamically balance rotor set to ISO G6,3 specifications on one of our 2 balancers - Supply and replace end plate bushings, piston rings and holders - Supply and replace all bearings and seals with quality parts which meet or exceed OEM specifications sourced from local bearing houses - Rebuild to factory specifications, set timing values and fill with ISO220 oil - Run blower on test bench - Paint and prepare for return to customer We stand behind our work and quality of ponents we use for rebuilds. We are so confident that we offer a 2 year warranty on parts and workmanship for all blowers we rebuild. We have a fully equipped shop with multiple cranes. You can bring us just your blower or you can bring your entire truck and let us remove and replace the blower for you. If you have a blower that's not listed, contact me for a quote. Depending on your location and the size of your blower, I may be able to pick up and deliver at no cost. Distance, travel schedule and weight are determining factors.
