Our client, pany that specializes in payroll and staffing management, is currently looking for a BILINGUAL customer service representative to join their team in Ville Saint-Laurent.
This is a great opportunity for a bilingual person with excellent customer service skills that is looking for a new challenge. Your new team will be dynamic and supportive. Your contribution will be appreciated and recognized.

Competitive Salary: $48K to $52K / yr
Schedule: Mon to Fri 8 to 5 or 8:30 to 5:30 *Training onsite only * Hybrid after probation period pleted *

Responsibilities
Answering customers' calls and emails in French and English
Connect the system user with the administrator client
Provide product support to clients using our payroll system
Work with the sales department for customer relationship management
Presentation of products at the close of sales;
Updating database
Follow-ups on any issues until resolution
Other related administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service;
- Bilingualism (French-English) spoken and written;
- Excellent sense of organization;
- Attention to detail;
- Good knowledge of the Office suite (Word and Excel);
- Analytical good sense, dynamism, enthusiasm
- Autonomy and resourcefulness
