This truck is a real gem. It's got three on the tree with manual steering, manual everything pretty much, which all takes some getting used to but the end result is the most fun you'll ever have driving a car. On top of that, the patina is great and the whole thing just looks awesome, you can't take it anywhere without turning heads and making friends. Originally from Weyburn, Saskatchewan with the dealership decal to prove it, it spent most of its life in a barn (frame and body are in fantastic shape as a result) before getting picked up and restored by a collector in Toronto. Engine (straight 6) was rebuilt, brakes and lines were done, new windshield and new clutch, this was all less than 15,000 miles ago. I got it in Ottawa, and put in new shocks, new front tires, new muffler and antennae, new wiper motor, new distributor, and a dump truck airhorn with an authentic pull cord (both sourced from a 1980 Mack, video attached), and added a cigarette lighter and reinforced the hitch. Drove it out here no problem, this thing won't quit. Everything works besides the radio and oil/temp gauges (easy fix). es with a few extras as well. The toolbox is in great shape, and it's also got siderails and a cap with a solar panel for camping/long trips. The cap is missing a proper rear window but otherwise solid. Spare fluids, hoses, belts, fuses, lights, and hardware for free, and some various tools I could throw in for a price. They don't make them like this anymore, and you won't see many with this much life left in them. Great candidate for somebody who wants to do a full restore, but because it already drives beautifully it's also a great choice for anybody who wants the joy of driving a big loud piece of history around without having to go through a lengthy restoration process.
