The cottage is located in a family munity on Lake Huron in the town of Port Franks. Port Franks is located just 15 minutes south of Grand Bend. The Port Franks beach, which is a 5- minute walk, is best known for its beautiful sand and child friendly swimming. In the evening take the time to watch the “world renowned” stunning sunsets from the shores of Lake Huron.

This location offers all of the exciting beach experiences that Grand Bend has to offer and, the relaxing serenity away from the hustle and bustle of the 'main drag'. There are minimum of 5 golf courses within 20 minutes of the cottage. There is also a boat launch and several restaurants close by.

The cottage features an open concept living room, dining area and kitchen, all lined with cedar. There are three bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs. The downstairs also has a sitting area with a bar. The cottage has 2 full bathrooms upstairs and a 2 piece downstairs. The yard is very private and has a fire pit. To make your stay enjoyable we have satellite TV with DVD player, wireless network, additional TV, movies, some board games, Central Air, BBQ, washer & dryer, kitchen with fridge/freezer, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, toaster, dishes, cutlery, pots & pans etc.

Please bring your own towels and linens as well as your own beach supplies i.e. chairs, umbrellas etc. No smoking in the cottage. Plenty of parking is available.

Rental agreement is to be signed and submitted along with a $500 security deposit (e-mail transfer) due at booking. Full payment is due 2 weeks before the first day of the rental. The deposit will be returned upon a clean and damage/loss free inspection at departure.

We are offering to share our family cottage. We hope that you love it as much as we do and treat it as if it were your own.

Rental is for families and mature adults only.
