Hello. We have a beautiful family cottage available for rent. We use the cottage frequently, but do offer it for rent based on your requests and availability. Cottage is located N/W off Peterborough, on the beautiful Buckhorn Lake with N/E exposure. It is lakefront property. Great fishing off the dock or boat. Recently renovated, clean and family oriented setting with sandy bottom for young kids to swim. Cottage offers 3 bedrooms, full bathroom, spacious Livingroom and open concept kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and stove. Some more features included AC, Deck with Gazebo, patio furniture, BBQ, TV/DVD Dishes and Kitchen accessories. Unlimited internet WIFI included. You need to bring your own drinking water, pillows, bedding and towels. You can also use 2 kayaks, paddle boat and related safety equipment is included. 14' aluminum fishing boat with 5HP motor (no boating licence required) is available for rent. The cottage is located about 1.5 hours from Toronto and about 5 min drive into local town of Ennismore if you require anything.
Cottage week rental is on the basis of Monday to Sunday ONLY.
RENTAL APPLICATION (emailed to you) with booking deposit must pleted to reserve your dates.
-- 14' ALUMINUM BOAT 5HP MOTOR --$300 OR $180 / WEEKEND (gass and safety equipment included in rental price)
-- $250 CLEANING AND GARBAGE DISPOSAL FEE added to rental price.
-- $1500 Booking fee required and outstanding balance of $1250 to be paid one month before occupancy date.
-- ALL PAYMENTS TO BE PAID ONLY BY E-TRANSFER (booking and payment receipts will be provided)
AVAILABE DATES OFF SEASON FOR RENT:
--JUNE 12th to JUNE 18th --- $2000 + $250 cleaning/garbage fee
-- JUNE 26th to JULY 2nd --- $2000 +$250
SUMMER SEASON DATES AND RATES:
-- JULY 24th to JULY 30th --- $2500 + $250
-- AUGUST 7th to AUGUST 13th
-- AUGUST 21st to AUGUST 27th --- $2500 + $250
