Provided with a 4 bedrooms, an updated and modern stylish kitchen with island and stone countertops a game and entertainment room, and relaxing living room with a natural gas fireplace and an outdoor cabin Hot Tub, providing you with the best enjoyable, relaxing and memorable stay. Perfect located close to the beach and surrounded by mature threes. Also accepting long term rentals. Long weekend holidays, a 3 night minimum booking is required. Months of July and August, a 7 nights minimum booking is required and the check in and check out day is on Saturdays.
On every booking a $180 cleaning fee is added and a refundable damage deposit of $1000 is required.
