Furnished with linens, kitchen items, BBQ, hook-up hoses and cords, surge protector. Just get in and go!
The trailer has three generously sized slides, very large, heated basement storage with additional storage at front. Air ride hitch, auto levelling hydraulic jacks, good Load Range G tires, rubber roof in great condition, rear ladder for access to roof. You will love life in this well-designed quality unit. Please note that you will not find layout plans on the Cedar Creek website for this model. It was a special order model with stairs to master bedroom on the driver's side, and w/d in the large master slide-out. Very unique layout that keeps the bedroom area much more private than most trailers. Please see the marked up photo of the layout of this trailer.
Delivery of the trailer can be negotiated. Trailer length from rear ladder to pin is 40'.
Purchase of the 2011 F-350 6.7L Powerstroke Diesel that is set up to pull the trailer (and is colour coordinated) can be negotiated.
We are the second owners of this unit. The trailer has had an easy life. From 2013 to 2020 it was parked all summer long at a local alberta lake and spent winters close to the lake in a quonset. Since then, it's had one winter in Texas and a few short local trips to Alberta campsites. It has not been pulled much, so mileage is very low.
