After years of faithful service, this legendary Bayfield 29 is ready for you to take her on many more adventures. This boat has taken our family from Lake Simcoe up through Georgian Bay, North Channel, and all points in between. Very well equipped and all systems ready for cruising. Survey from PO is available to interested parties. The boat is laid up for winter so this is a preliminary listing, early season, open to reasonable offers as-is. Price will increase and firm up as I get the cosmetic items taken care of before launch, and the boat misioned for the season. Full refit in 2018. Including new oversized bronze sea-cocks, new hoses, fuel tank pulled and serviced, and many other upgrades listed below; Engine: Yanmar diesel 2gm - it has run flawlessly. Upgraded to a electric fuel pump. Upgraded Racor primary fuel filter Sail Inventory: Main - original, still serviceable, double reef points. Yankee - newer furling with tan UV strip Staysail #1 - appears original, still serviceable Staysail #2 - appears newer, heavy weight crusing/storm sail with reefing points Genoa - 150% furling, appears newer, lightwinds sail Electronics/Navigation: 2 x 100W solar flex panels Charge controller 2023 - new group 31 batteries x 2. Bi-data - speed/depth. Autopilot - at the wheel and control head mounted on cockoit bulkhead Icom VHF radio with DCS and GPS Radio with CD and Bluetooth USB Charging and Battery Monitor at the wheel and nav station. modations/Cooking: 3 x single berths. 1 x double converable berth. Nature's posting toilet (we'll never go back to gross holding tanks). partment - very large for boats of any size Pressurized Water -2022 new heavy duty 12v pump. No hot water. Large (for a boat) stern rail mounted propane BBQ, setup to run off of 1lb propane cannisters or 5lb propane tank. Extra 5lb propane tank. Alcohol Stove. Extra propane stove. There are a few cosmetic projects that I'd like to get done before selling but may not have the time. These include, bottom paint (cosmetic only), cabin floor should be painted or covered as it's past it's servicable life span, wood work touch ups, hull buff and wax. The boat is currently in Penetanguishene/Midland area, a great spot to cruise the 30,000 Islands. If you choose to stay at the marina, there is a $500 marina credit that you can have. If you choose to move the boat it is on it's own cradle for transport. Or sail it where you want and ship the cradle for cheap! More pics, including interior ing soon.
