150’x50’ wooden sided pole barn. Can hold up to 120 guests. The barn has hydro and lighting strung along the vaulted ceiling for a bright or romantic ambiance.
Barn doors slide open, offering breathtaking views for miles and acting as the perfect natural backdrop for family and friends to enjoy many photo opportunities.
There is a large separate space within the barn for the wedding party or caterers. This space has smaller rooms for changing, as well as a bathroom.
Located east of Sunderland and a 15 minute drive north of Port Perry (1hr 20 min from Toronto). Out of town guests can camp overnight on the property or stay at local hotels only a short drive away.
