Backyard Play Structure

We bought this 10 years ago but the kids have now outgrown it. They and their friends had hours and hours of fun with this over the years. It was well worth the investment! There's wear and tear but with a good paint job it will look great. Structurally it is absolutely fine.
Just to be clear this is a Rainbow play structure, specifically Club house Pkg III with wooden roof instead of material and sandbox instead of pincic table. Retails at around 10k per this link:

Please be aware that the purchaser will have to disassemble and reassemble the structure. We would suggest getting the manufacturer to assist with this unless you are quite handy.
You will need to have a large backyard in order to fit this.
We think that $1500 is a fair price for this structure. We are open to some negotiation, but please don't waste our time with silly offers.
