Great for all sorts of indefinite indoor/outdoor reusability - therapeutic, sports (skating, skiing, hunting, fishing etc).

On bending/snapping the stainless steel disk, the liquid solidifies giving heat up to 54deg C - 130deg F that gradually decreases to ambient room temperature over 35 minutes. Immersing them in boiling water (not immerse and bring to boil) and stirring for around 4 minutes returns it to liquid state, providing heat up to 100'C that gradually decreases over 60 minutes to ambient room temperature. Being in liquid state, they can be snapped again giving another 54 deg C of decreasing heat over 30+ minutes, for a total heat of around 1.5 hours. Repeat as required. They will last 100s if not 1000s of times.
**Caution - not to be put directly on skin until temperature safe - use a cloth (shirt..) barrier until safe - do not freeze as it might interfere with its chemical properties/reaction. Chemically inert certifed food grade safe product. Read instructions for disposal.
