ATV/DIRTBIKE/BMX/RC CAR TRACK for kids and family use

Having young kids myself, I found how difficult it is to find someplace to take them on their ATVs and motorcycles. I recently moved to an acreage on the edge of the city with some undeveloped space in the back. It was a perfect opportunity to develop a an ATV track for my kids. I've been thinking about it and would like to share this track with other families. Can use for half or full day, even bring your camper or RV for to make an overnight or weekend out of it. For users who want more use I can set up a monthly rate. Slalom, serpentine, small hills to climb over, berm and mud pit when wanted. It even has a teeter/totter to drive over. The plan is just to have it for kids and families to have fun. It's not set to be a racetrack or have any crazy jumps or hazardous obstacles. Located in SE Calgary on 84 St Next to Ralph Klein Park. Near 114 Ave SE and Stoney Trail. Must wear proper safety equipment (helmets) and sign waiver.
