I believe this is Chinese. Hand made. My grand-father in law is a missionary in China/Hong Kong and he sent many things home over the decades. Exact history unknown. (May not be Chinese, he did do tours in other countries, but spent most of the time in China).
If ad is up, item is still available. Pick up, or delivery available for $20 extra to Welland, Dunnville, Wainfleet, Port for $20 extra on saturday only. I do not deliver as far as N Falls, St Caths, Fort, Hamilton etc.
